Why I Became a Health Coach: A Journey of Self-Discovery and Empowerment
When I decided to become a Health Coach, it wasn't just about helping others improve their nutrition or increase their physical activity. It was about something deeper, helping people find the root cause of their imbalances and guiding them towards holistic well-being.
The Turning Point in My Journey
My own journey towards health and wellness was not straightforward. For a long time, I believed that tweaking my diet or adding more exercise would bring balance to my nervous system. However, despite my efforts, I continued to feel unsettled. It wasn't until I looked deeper within myself that I realized the true origin of my imbalances.
The root cause was not external. It wasn't about what I was eating or how much I was exercising. It was about how I was treating myself. I discovered that my struggles stemmed from a lack of self-love and self-respect. I was living to please others, constantly trying to meet their expectations and prioritizing their opinions and beliefs over my own. This behavior left me feeling like I was under the control of the world around me.
Shifting the Perspective
The real transformation began when I changed my perspective. I started to focus inward, seeking answers within myself rather than looking to others for validation. This shift allowed me to take responsibility for my own life, decisions, and well-being. I realized that to achieve true balance and stability, I needed to align my actions with my authentic self and my purpose.
This new mindset brought a profound sense of freedom. Cultivating self-discovery and self-acceptance with compassion and love enabled me to step into my power. By committing to care for myself and making decisions that were true to who I am, I gained a deeper understanding of how to care for myself holistically. I created my own filters, formulas, and strategies for life. This newfound abundance and positivity became the foundation of my well-being.
